John and Hazel Stephen, from being dissatisfied and unhappy at work, John in the North Sea as a deep sea fisherman and Hazel working in the Council offices before the kids came, John & Hazel are now enjoying their business, the flexible hours and freedom of choice.
John and Hazel Stephen greatly appreciate how important this is when they see neighbours leaving to work night shift and know friends who are working hard simply to get to the end of the month with no real hope of progression.

Looking back to 2008, due to illness in the family, John and Hazel Stephen had a complete year out.
